I'm unsure if you are keeping tabs on FCNL's work on Darfur, but if not, here's a link to a relatively new action they are proposing:

I know that there is some frustration that it's not front and center on their website, but it is there. I think that Friends who have a leading to make Darfur a larger issue within Friends circles should take it upon themselves to spread the message widely. That is certainly how it has been done to build support for the Darfur issue in the Jewish community.
